Since our opening in 2011, John X Presents has been working day and night to achieve one main goal: to bring quality theatre performances and live entertainment to the community of Tasmania. We want our audiences to experience musical theatre as an entertaining and emotional piece of culture.
We are committed to growing the theatre and live performance industry in Hobart, more bums on seats and more money in the pockets of Tasmanian creatives, performers and techs.

OUR JOURNEY
Back in 2011, John X Presents was founded by John and Cassie Xintavelonis. Both industry professionals with a lifetime of experience performing and creating theatre in the Hobart area and around the country and the world. In 2015 UK import Ben Armitage joined and the three set about chaining the face of Hobart theatre and live performance.
Since then, John X Presents has achieved notable milestones in the Tasmanian theatre and live performance industry, becoming one of the top musical theatre companies in the state.
